Ceaser A. Hancock has over 20 years experience in the music industry, and has continued to keep a finger on the pulse music trends.
C.A. Hancock Entertainment, Co. Inc. was established February 14, 2003, and a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Business Development Council, Inc. After retirement, Ceaser A. Hancock was called upon by Deacon Ezra Williams to support his gospel choir's project. Convinced to help Mr. Williams, along with clamoring from other local artist, the family owned company was born. The CEO has over 20 years experience in the music industry, and has continued to keep a finger on the pulse of music trends. He has traveled the world as an artist publicist and has been at the forefront of some of the most important events in music.
Partners in the company include Viola C. Hancock, the founder's wife and marketing expert; Dana Smith, daughter and educator, and Cameron A. Hancock, son and business manager. |

The corporation has fathered two labels--the existing Star City Music began in the 1980s and Spiritual City Music. Because of our commitment to good down home Christian values, also born are the divisions of Public Eye Publishing, Ceaser Christian Club, and Hancock Properties.
Mr. Hancock knew this company could not just be about uplifting music, but also an uplifting attitude. Thus, the branches (Public Eye Publishing, Ceaser's Christian Club, Star City and Spiritual City) are extensions of his wish to radiate positiveness on the radio, in print, and in the community.
Most recently, Mr. Hancock has been named as Honorary Chairperson of the Business Advisory Council for Texas. First given this honor by Congressman Tom DeLay in February 2003 and 2004, Mr. Hancock has once more been awarded this title in 2006 by Congressman Thomas Reynolds. He also received the National Congressional Committee's Business Advisory Council Businessman of the Year for 2003 and yet again in 2005.

Rich in our history has been the tradition of music as a source of healing for the individual and for the community. Gospel music is unique because of the fruit it bears; through gospel music we share our hope, faith, and trust in the Lord.
Our primary mission is to actively produce not only music but a spirit of joy and love, which will overwhelm and embrace the masses.

The emergence of Spiritual City Music represents the vision and will of a pioneer in the music industry. Ceaser A. Hancock is more than a founder, but also the movement, which gave birth to this dream. Spiritual City Recordings is independently owned and operated by its investors and is committed to present the best in stirring entertainment.
Spiritual City Music is the place where the people will come to be encouraged, motivated and inspired; a place where love of God replaces any limitation with the will to set standards in the industry. “Come ready or not at all”.
